1. Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "Platform" refers to the bd9 dev website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "Member" refers to any individual who has completed the registration process and created an account. "Services" includes casino games, sports betting, live casino, and all other features provided by bd9 dev.

These terms apply equally to all members in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions, the Bengali version shall take precedence. Any matter not explicitly addressed in this document shall remain at bd9 dev's discretion.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on the bd9 dev platform, the applicant must be at least 21 years of age. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. bd9 dev reserves the right to suspend or close any account opened with false information at any time.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, or from the same device or network, is prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to withdrawal, or at any time bd9 dev deems necessary, members may be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, and other relevant paperwork. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. For details on how we handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods on bd9 dev are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Members are solely responsible for funds they deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Available withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals will be held if identity verification has not been completed or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

If unusual transactions or suspected fraud are detected on any account, bd9 dev may temporarily freeze that account's transactions and request additional information. If suspicious activity is confirmed, appropriate action will be taken.

4. Bonus and Promotional Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The bd9 dev welcome bonus is 200% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000, and bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be placed before withdrawal.

4.2 Other Promotions

The following promotions are available on bd9 dev, each with its own terms:

• bd9 dev Weekly Reload Festival — 50% on eligible deposits, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x. Can be claimed once per week.
• bd9 dev Slot Adventure Reward — 30% on deposits for slot games, up to ৳3,000, wagering 25x. Eligible once per day.
• bd9 dev Cricket Frenzy Bonus — 40% on deposits for cricket betting, up to ৳4,000, wagering 20x. Can be claimed once per week.
• bd9 dev Birthday Special Gift — reward up to ৳1,000, wagering 15x. Verified account holders may claim this once per year on their birthday.
• bd9 dev Refer a Friend — reward up to ৳2,000 per successful referral, wagering 10x.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonus funds are not equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn directly before wagering requirements are met. A second bonus cannot be claimed while another is active, unless the terms state otherwise. bd9 dev reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5. VIP Program and Cashback

The bd9 dev VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback applies at each tier, calculated at a set rate on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.

Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. Criteria for moving up to a higher tier are determined by bd9 dev based on the member's gaming activity. Cashback is generally credited to the account at the start of the following week and may be withdrawn as cash, though specific conditions may apply.

6. Game and Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of Game Results

All games are recorded, and in the event of any dispute, bd9 dev's server logs will be treated as the final evidence. If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or network issue, that round may be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

If an event is cancelled or a result cannot be determined due to circumstances, bd9 dev may void the bet and return the stake. If the date or time of an event is changed, the rules set by bd9 dev will apply.

6.3 Suspicious Activity

If any member attempts to gain an unfair advantage using software, bots, or any automated method, all winnings in that account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. Participation in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption is strictly prohibited.

7. Account Security and Responsibility

It is each member's responsibility to keep their account username and password completely confidential. Sharing account credentials with third parties is prohibited. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately. bd9 dev will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a member's own negligence.

If a technical error, incorrect odds, or incorrect payment occurs on the platform, bd9 dev reserves the right to correct it, even after a result has been announced. This process may involve deducting the excess amount from a member's account.

8. Responsible Gambling

bd9 dev believes that gaming should remain a form of entertainment. Members can use deposit limits, betting limits, and self-exclusion features for their accounts. If you need help, please contact the support team.

9. Mobile Application

bd9 dev's Android and iOS applications are available and must be obtained through official channels. These terms and conditions apply equally to the use of the mobile app. Downloading the app from unauthorised third-party sources is not safe, and bd9 dev will not accept responsibility in such cases.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The methods by which members' personal data is collected, stored, and used are described separately in detail. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of membership alongside these terms. bd9 dev does not sell members' personal data to third parties. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption.

11. Customer Support and Complaints

The bd9 dev customer support team provides assistance in Bengali and English via live chat and email, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have a complaint, please contact the support team directly first. After a complaint is submitted, bd9 dev will review it as promptly as possible.

12. Changes to Terms and Termination

12.1 Right to Amend

bd9 dev may amend any part of these terms at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes where possible. However, continued use of the services after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

12.2 Account Closure

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact the support team. All applicable withdrawal conditions must be met before an account is closed. In the event of a serious breach of these terms, bd9 dev may close an account without prior notice.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

bd9 dev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. bd9 dev will not be held responsible if services are interrupted due to internet or technical issues, but every effort will be made to resolve the problem.

13. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to reach a resolution through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the dispute resolution process determined by bd9 dev will be followed.

If any part of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between bd9 dev and the member and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
